Appointment requests
Submitting an online request does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when the studio accepts the requested date and time.
Service suitability
Clients are responsible for sharing information reasonably relevant to whether massage should be modified or postponed. The public form is not designed for detailed medical histories.
Respectful environment
Agman Massage Studio is a professional wellness environment. Respectful conduct is required. The studio may end or refuse a session where conduct is inappropriate, unsafe or inconsistent with professional massage services.
Pricing and payment
Current pricing, payment methods and applicable fees should be confirmed when the appointment is booked.
Insurance receipts
Insurance receipts are available for eligible massage services. A receipt does not guarantee reimbursement. Clients are responsible for confirming plan requirements and coverage. Receipt availability does not mean direct billing unless expressly confirmed.
Late arrival
A late arrival may reduce available session time when extending the appointment would affect another booking.

The Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms.
