Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or requesting a significant change whenever reasonably possible.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a late-cancellation or no-show fee. The amount of any applicable fee should be communicated before it is charged. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances may be considered at the studio’s discretion.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, the session may need to end at the originally scheduled time so the next client is not delayed.
Studio cancellation
If the studio must cancel, it will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange another suitable time. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for an appointment cancelled by the studio.
